Precision Land Service offers a wide range of expertise, bringing you the best solutions. Experienced with GPS equipment and mapping software—and with a background in environmental engineering, chemistry, and soil sciences, we deliver proven results for our clients.

Today, Scott remains a licensed environmental engineer and certified industrial hygienist with 24 years of experience working with business owners, municipalities, a top-10 engineering university, and large government agencies. Scott is also a FAA-licensed drone pilot with project experience in Iowa, South Dakota, Illinois, and California.

Precision Land Service proudly serves farmers and businesses throughout Iowa and northwest Missouri with comprehensive soil sampling, compliance and permitting services, air quality inventories and drone agriculture mapping services. Based in Adel, Iowa, our team has deep knowledge of local soil types, growing conditions, and regulatory requirements specific to the Midwest agricultural region. While we focus primarily on central Iowa counties and northwest Missouri, we're committed to bringing our expertise to clients across the broader Midwest when project scope and value align.
